Who we are
WEE CONSTRUCT is a civil engineering and construction business with its office at 6th Floor, DS Business Park, Shaguna More, Patna – 801503 (Bihar), building in and around Patna. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean WEE CONSTRUCT, and “this site” means weeconstruct.co.in.
We decide what happens to the personal details you send us through this site, so we’re responsible for looking after them.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form or the cost estimator’s form and then choose to send:
- your name and mobile number;
- your email address, so we can send you a confirmation;
- where your plot is, and project details such as what you want to build, the plot area or the best time to call;
- the figures from the cost estimator, if you send them (area, floors, package, the estimated cost);
- any message you write.
Each enquiry also carries the address of the page you sent it from, so we know which form it came through.
To keep spam out, the form also notes how many seconds it took to fill in, and includes a hidden field that people never see. Our mail script also stores a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address in a temporary file on our web server, only to stop the same device sending lots of messages in a row. It isn’t emailed to us or used for anything else.
The cost estimator works the numbers out in your browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you fill in your details and press send.
If you call, WhatsApp or email us instead, we receive your number or email address and whatever you send, as with any call or message.
How it reaches us
When you press send, a small script on our own website does three things:
- it saves your enquiry in the admin panel of this website, a private, password-protected area on our web hosting that only our team can log in to. We use it to keep track of enquiries and follow up on them;
- it emails the same details to our business inbox;
- it sends you one automatic email confirming we’ve received your enquiry (with a copy of your estimate, if you used the estimator).
If that script isn’t available for some reason, the form sends the same details through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service that forwards them to our inbox. In that case the enquiry only reaches our inbox, not the admin panel.
Our business inbox is run by our email provider, which stores the emails on our behalf.
Why we use it
- to call, WhatsApp or email you back about your enquiry;
- to arrange a site visit and soil assessment, if you want one;
- to prepare an estimate or an itemised BOQ for your project;
- to keep a record of what we discussed.
We use your details on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see Your rights).
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your details, or share them with anyone for their marketing.
- We don’t show ads, and we don’t use analytics or tracking tools.
- This site doesn’t set cookies for visitors. (Our team’s own login to the admin panel uses one cookie, only while they are logged in.)
Other services, and when they’re involved
A few outside services come into play, mostly only when you choose them:
- Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site load from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser details, as with any web request. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Google Maps. The map on our contact page only loads if you tap “Show map”. From then on, Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to that map.
- WhatsApp and phone links. Tapping a WhatsApp or call link opens WhatsApp or your phone app. What you send there is covered by that app’s own policy.
- FormSubmit. Only used as the backup route described above. Its own terms apply to what passes through it.
- Our web host. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and running. The enquiries kept in our admin panel are stored on our hosting provider’s servers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you, and then as part of our records of enquiries and projects. If you become a client, some details will form part of your project paperwork.
In the admin panel we keep an enquiry for up to two years after our last contact with you, and then delete it. The panel also removes the oldest enquiries automatically once it holds 2,000.
If you ask us to delete your details, we will remove them from the admin panel and from our inbox, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Keeping it safe
Your details travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and arrive in an inbox that only our team uses, and in our admin panel, which is password-protected and not visible to the public. No method of sending or storing information is perfect, but we take reasonable care to protect it.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal details we hold about you and how we’ve used them;
- correct or update anything that’s wrong or out of date;
- erase your details, or stop using them by withdrawing your consent;
- hear and resolve a complaint (grievance) about how we’ve handled your details.

Children
This site is meant for adults planning a construction project. We don’t knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we’ll delete them.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle your details changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
