Rohit has spent more than nine years on construction sites, doing hands-on civil and structural work: footings, rebar cages, shuttering, slab pours. It is the part of a house nobody sees once it is plastered, and the part that decides how it stands.
WEE CONSTRUCT runs the way he works: structural drawings and an itemised bill of quantities before the first brick, engineers and supervisors on site, and trusted, specialised RCC crews doing the concrete work.

Designed to code, not by habit.
Concrete is designed to IS 456 (M25 and M30 grades). Earthquake detailing follows IS 1893, with ductile Fe550D steel and seismic ties where the design calls for them.

Our site engineers physically inspect every footing, every column rebar cage and every slab casting. Spacing and cover are checked before the concrete goes in, not after.
